The internet increases the temptation to always be on the go. Work fast, buy fast, consume fast, move on. Focusing on the short-term always feels easier until it’s not
Having patience doesn’t change your goals. It just changes they way you talk to other people. You realize that you don’t need something from them right away. You’re playing the long game. That just one of the many upsides of patience.
